珠海先通科技开发有限公司是一家以动力系统电控和电气化为核心业务的创新型企业,目前主要有非道路发动机电控电喷系统、非道路电控电喷发动机总成、增程发电机组和电力电子变流模块四大产品板块。

非道路发动机电控系统产品系列:

本产品系列依托享有完全自主知识产权的原创技术发明专利“基于气压数据分析的进气道综合道传感器”(专利号:ZL 201810893023.8)、“基于强制循环热面点火的内燃机燃烧过程的实现方法及装置”(发明专利号:202210385703.5)和“基于强制循环热面点火的内燃机燃烧过程的实现装置”(专利号:202220847974.3)、 “一种内燃机自吸恒压供油装置(专利号:ZL 202122402684.6)、“非内驱式内燃机用集成式发电和高压供油装置”(专利号:ZL202121276107.0)、“一种内燃机用相位信号发生和高压供油一体化装置(专利号:ZL202122502100.2)等六大核心专利及“液体、气体燃料供应控制算法”、“模型无关的自适应恒速控制算法”和“内燃机扭矩-转速联合控制算法”等Know-how为核心技术开发,适用于发电机组、工程机械、无人机、新能源增程器等的柴油、汽油、燃气和多燃料发动机。装配所述电控系统的发动机总成,在应用上相较于现有的发动机总成具有如下四个显著的技术特色:

一、烧别人不能烧的燃料:

装配先通电控(centerEC®)系统的发动机可以自由选用柴油、汽油、甲醇、乙醇、液化石油气(LPG)、天然气(NG)、氢等常见燃料作为工作能源,使发动机历史上第一次摆脱了燃料种类的限制,既能兼容化石燃料的当下,又能适应替代燃料和清洁燃料的未来。

二、用别人不能用的转速:

装配先通电控(centerEC®)系统的发动机可以在机械特性范围内的任意转速和负载上稳定做功,克服了现有发动机只能在1500rpm/1800rpm 3000rpm/3600rpm等非常狭窄的转速范围内正常做功的局限性,既可以在低至怠速的转速下输出充足的扭矩,满足低速作业的需求,又可以在5000rpm或更高转速的情况下,获得相当于3000/3600rpm的转速下1.5倍以上的较大功率,从而大大提升了发动机的使用性能。

三、做别人做不了的动作:

装配先通电控(centerEC®)系统的发动机可以根据应用场景的变化,针对特殊的需求对发动机的控制策略进行客制化设计或修改,使得目前只能由既不可靠又不精确的拉线、齿轮等机械连接方式实现的调整发动机的转速、功率等控制动作,完全由精确、可靠、便利的数据连接的方式实现,为动力系统的智能控制和升级改造提供了充分的物理基础。

四、看别人看不到的数据监测:

装配先通电控(centerEC®)系统的发动机具有全闭环数据控制的工作模式,可以直接获取发动机上包括但不限于气压、油压、温度、转速、燃料消耗等运行过程中的实时数据,用户可以通过能跨越时空限制的数据连接对动力系统的运行状态进行实时监控和即时修改,为动力系统的远程控制和自主控制提供了充分的物理基础。

非道路电控电喷发动机总成产品系列:

本产品系列是本公司以先通电控(centerEC®)系统为核心,与江铃、潍柴、新晨、五菱柳机、韩国现代、玉柴润威、常电、瑜欣平瑞、恒路科技等知名内燃机基础机生产单位合作开发的结晶。

该系列常规机型目前有CT1S150CCT1S300CCT2X008CT3X011CT4S010CT4S022CT4X028CT6S130等几十种,排量范围覆盖0.15L ~ 13L,燃料类别包括柴油、汽油、甲醇、乙醇、液化石油气(LPG)、天然气(NG)、氢等常见燃料,功率范围覆盖0.5 ~ 300kW,目前已广泛应用于通信基站备用发电机组、天然气长输管线阀组站电源机组、豪华游艇生活电源机组等高端非道路动力领域。

除常规机型外,该系列还有我司基于发明专利技术最新研发的CT2HW系列高功率密度微型柴油机,功率密度达1.1kW/kg,其中最小型号CT1H085WF输出功率达4.0 kW,净重仅3.7 kg,为业界最轻、最小的可直接燃用普通柴油的内燃机,填补了小微型柴油动力的市场空白,结束了小型动力机只有汽油燃料可选的历史。为便携式消防救援动力装备、无人机、无人车等提供了高安全性、低易燃性的动力配套。

增程发电机组产品系列:

本系列产品由先通电控(centerEC®)内燃机电控电喷系统,内燃机基础机、高效率发电机和电力电子变流模块组合而成,功率段覆盖0.5 ~ 50 kW,电压平台范围覆盖 14 ~ 800 V,燃料选择包括柴油、汽油、甲醇、乙醇、液化石油气(LPG)、天然气(NG)、氢等常见燃料,适用于插电式混合动力、增程式混合动力和非储能式电传动模式的各类道路和非道路车辆、工程机械、农业机械、无人机、无人船作增程或驱动发电机组使用,也可以用作各类要求体积小、噪音低、功率密度大、控制灵活的变频发电机组和储能发电机组的电源机组。

电力电子变流模块产品系列:

本系列产品依托先通科技“双向能流电荷泵中性点发生技术”、“永磁同步发电机稳压整流技术”、“二相交错SPWM调制技术”等专有Know-how为核心技术开发,目前有DC-AC正弦波逆变模块、永磁同步变频发电机组AC-DC-AC逆变模块、永磁同步电机起动发电控制模块、永磁同步发电机整流稳压模块等产品子系列,功率段覆盖0.1 ~ 200 kW,电压平台范围覆盖 14 ~ 800 V,适用于新能源、电驱动、增程发电机组、变频发电机组等各类终端应用。

其中基于“双向能流电荷泵中性点发生技术”和“二相交错SPWM调制技术”开发的三相四线输出逆变模块解决了逆变电源不能带三相不平衡负载的难点、痛点,填补了大功率、三相四线输出逆变电源的市场空白,为大功率、高效率储能电源和变频发电机组的开发和应用构建了技术基础。

 

 

Brief Introduction for Our Company and Products

 

Zhuhai Center Hi-tech Co., Ltd is an innovative enterprise which embraces both electronic control and electrification of power system as core business. Presently, it has four product domains which include non-road engine ECU, non-road electronically controlled engine assembly, range extender genset and power electronic converter.

Electronic Control System for Non-road Engines 

This series have been developed based on the totally independent IP and original creation heron technologies of six patents , which include the Dynamic-Air-Pressure-Data-Analysis-based Multi-variable Intake Manifold Pressure Sensor (Patent No. 201810893023.8) Forced Recirculation and Hot Surface Ignition based Combustion Process of Internal Combustion Engines(Patent No. 202210385703.5) Forced Recirculation and Hot Surface Ignition based Device Combustion Process of Internal Combustion Engines(Patent No.20220847974.3); Self-priming Constant-pressure Fuel Supplying Device for Engines(Patent No. ZL 20212 2402684.6); Non-internal-driving Integration Device of Generating and high pressure oil-supply for Engines(Patent No. ZL202121276107.0); Integrated High-pressure Fuel Supplying and Phase Signal Generating Device for Engines(Patent No. ZL 2021 2 2502100.2), and of 3 commercial know-hows, which includes I.C. Engines Fuel Metering Algorithms for Gaseous and Liquid Fuels; Model Independent Adaptive Speed Control Algorithms for I.C. Engines; and Adaptive Joint Torque and Speed Control Algorithms for I.C. Engines, and might apply on diesel, gasoline, gaseous fuel and multi-fuels engines for gensets, construction machineries, UAVs, range-extending gensets.  The engine sets equipped with such ECU system would boast of the following 4 outstanding features technologically, which include:

1: Run with Fuels off Others’ Utilization:

Engine equipped with centerEC® system may take any one of fuels among dieselgasoline, methanol, ethanol, liquid-phase LPG or any other conventional fuels as working energy, grants engines to free from restriction by sorts of fuel firstly historically. It thus can not only work with fossil fuels used nowadays, but also embrace future subject to alternative and clean energies.

2: Outputting Power at Speeds off Other’s Possibilities:

   Engine equipped with centerEC® system may output powers steadily at any RPMs and load within mechanical limitations. This overcomes the restrictions that existing engines can only work effectively at 1500rpm/1800rpm or 3000rpm/3600rpm, which is a very narrow range only. It can not only output sufficient torque at idle speed to meet the demand of low-speed works, but also get at 1.5x or more power output at 5000RPM, which would significantly lift the service capacity of engines.

3: Maneuver off others’ abilities:

        Engine equipped with centerEC® system can customize the control logics and/or strategies according to various application scenarios. Regulating actions on RPM, power, which nowadays can only be done through such mechanical links as pulling wires, gears and racks and the like, which is not reliable and inaccurate, can be performed through data connections, which is not only precise, but also reliable. This contributes to the intelligent control and upgrading of power systems a sufficient physical foundation.

4: Watch the data off others’ scope:

Engine equipped with centerEC® system work under full closed loop mode. This would grant users access to all real-time data which include but no limit to gas pressure, oil pressure, temperature, RPMs, fuel consumption and the like, and therefore users can have a real-time monitor and/or modification on the parameters of power system through data connection which can free from time and space constrains. It contributes a sufficient foundation to the remote and/or autonomous control of power system.

Electronically Controlled Non-road Engines 

This series are the fruits based on the core technology, centerEC, and the cooperations with such well-known bare engine manufacturers as Jiangling (JMC), Weichai, XCE, WULING, HYUNDAI, Yuchai Raywin, Changdian, Yuxin Pingrui, Henglu and many other engine manufactures.

The series have dozens of kinds of engines which include CT1S150C, CT1S300C, CT2X008, CT3X011, CT4S010, CT4S022, CT4X028 and CT6S130, with displacements ranging from 0.15L to 13L, working fuels covering diesel, gasoline, methanol, ethanol, LPG/LNG and Hydrogen, and power ranging from 0.5 to 300kw. These products have applied as high-end power generation sets to such as communication base stations, high-speed railway communication stations, pipeline gas valve stations, luxury yacht daily power supply and the like.

Adding to ordinary products, the series also include the one of CT2HW, one minor diesel engine boasting of a power density up to 1.1kw/kg latest developed based on our IPs and patents, of which CT1H085WF can output a power up to 4.0kw, while it weighs only 3.7kg in net. This diesel engine should be the lightest and smallest engine which can work with automotive diesel directly nowadays. It ends the history in which no other than gasoline engines can be selected in small size engine markets and makes up the gap existing in small and minor diesel engine market. It offers a possibility of selecting high safety and low flammability prime mover for portable fire equipment, UAVs, outdoor power devices and the like.

Range-extending Gensets

        This series are developed through the way of integrating centerEC® electronic control system, basic engine, high efficiency generator and power electronics converter module together organically with powers ranging from 0.5 to 50kw, voltage platform ranging from 14 to 800V, and fuel selection covered diesel, gasoline, methanol, ethanol, LPG, NG, hydrogen and other commercially available fuels. These series of products suit well to the applications included range-extending type road or non-road EVs, range-extending type electrified construction and agricultural machineries, electrified UAVs, inverter generators, energy storage type power systems which requires small-size, high power density, flexible control and low noise.

Power Electronic Converter:

      The series have been developed with core technologies of our know-how and IPs including Bidirectional Charge Pump based Neutral Level Management Technology, PM Generator Voltage Regulated Rectification Technology, and Two-phase Interleaved SPWM Modulation Technology. Presently, there are varieties of sub-series including DC-AC Sine-wave Inverter Modules, AC-DC-AC Inverter Modules for PM variable frequency generators, integrated starter-generator (ISG) control modules and voltage regulated rectification modules (AC-to-DC) for PM variable frequency generators. The voltage platform covered 14 to 800V, and the power ranging from 0.1 to 200kW.

      Of which, the three-phase-four-wire output DC-to-AC inverter developed based on Technology of Bidirectional Charge Pump based Neutral Level Management Technology and Two-phase Interleaved SPWM Modulation Technology overcomes the technological challenge that inverter power can’t work with highly or total unbalanced 3-phase loads. This fills up the gap in the market of high-power output 3-phase-4-wire inverter based power, and laid a solid foundation for the development of high-power, high-efficiency storage energy based power supplies and inverter gensets.
